Most people thinks living a healthy lifestyle is a challenge.Health and fitness is really just about engaging in healthy behaviors  on a routine basis.You don't need to complicate and  comprehend your diet and exercise routine in order to become healthier.You can live a healthier life by making small,simple tweaks in your everyday routine.In fact small changes can have more impact on your weight,health and fitness one diet or workout regimen.Here are some healthy habits to improve your life:

1. Staying hydrated - Staying healthy     
One of the best healthy habit is to adopt is to staying hydrated.You should start your day with a big glass of water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. It keeps you fresh and hydrated.Drink a glass of water before meals ,then you'll already feel a little more full.

2.Walk more
Walking strengthen your heart.Reduce your risk of  heart disease and heart stroke.A regular walking habit slashes the risk of type 2 diabetes,hypertension and many other diseases .Walking helps you to reduce weight and it makes you happy.

3.Meditation
There are so many advantages of meditation such as enhances the immune system,keeps you stress free,reduces ageing,increase your attention span, improves functioning of your brain,makes you happier.

4.Take up a hobby
Hobbies helps you to manage your stress.It makes you more happier and more content as a person .Not only is this good for your general health and well being, it also increases your satisfaction with life and brings you pleasure and excitement.

5.Get enough sleep
Sleep makes you feel better, but its importance goes way beyond just boosting your mood .Adequate sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle,and can benefit your heart,weight, mind and more.Its also good for your mood not getting enough sleep affects your emotional regulation.

Effects of mordern lifestyle on health.

Modern lifestyle has number of advantages which includes saving hundreds of peoples lives by the development of new medicines , vaccines and medical equipment.On the other hand modern lifestyle have negative impact on health not only physical health it also effect psychological health.Modern man has conquered the diseases like typhoid, malaria, leprosy, tuberculosis, small pox etc. by inventing antibiotics but he is still struggling to control diseases such as hypertension, insomnia, heart disease, diabetes, asthma where the cause of disease is not a particular germ or bacteria but the mental tensions or the stress due to our faulty lifestyle.To achieve more pleasure ,comfort and happiness he adopt wrong lifestyle and increase the risk factor and stress in our life.In our ancient culture, our saints followed the ideal daily routine according to the seasonal changes so they can live the perfect healthy lifestyle and they also have the knowledge of yoga and Ayurveda. Yoga was a part of life style in India from the ancient time to promote and maintain healthy state of body, mind and happiness.

Now the question arises what is lifestyle and how its impact out health.Lifestyle includes our behavior and activities that make up our daily life like the work we do,our leisure activities ,the food we eat,interaction with family and friends.

Small changes in our lifestyle can make a big difference like:
  • we have to pay attention on our lifestyles, habits and our daily work routine.

The work we do also affects our health.Apart from the exposure to the environmental hazards such as UV radiations ,pollution,smoke,toxic chemicals ,certain types of work involve prolonged repetitive actions reduced level of activity that may lead to muscular problem ,strained vision and many other health problems.

Even the busiest person can have some time for stretching,physical activity and can do it in a fun way.Before and after meals,before and after work take a 5 minutes break every 1 hour work will improve.

Some changes that make you more active are:
  • Take the stairs instead of elevators.
  • Walk as much as possible.
  • Park the car farther away.
  • Play any outdoor sport like football,hockey,cricket etc.
  • Dance
  • Do stretching at work place.
